Enterprise security and data handling

Security practices for Enterprise deployments.

This page summarizes the security and data-handling practices available for UniBio Intelligence Enterprise deployments. The exact controls depend on the agreed deployment and configuration; the applicable order form, data-processing agreement, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service control where they are more specific.

No training on your research

We do not use User Content, AI inputs, or AI outputs for analytics or model training without your separate, explicit written consent.

Limited content access

User Content is processed to perform the function you request. Personnel access is limited to support you request, a specific security or abuse investigation, or legal obligations.

Encryption

Our Privacy Policy specifies TLS 1.2 or higher for data in transit and industry-standard encryption for data at rest.

Documented retention

Retention depends on the data type and account state. The Privacy Policy lists the applicable periods, deletion process, and limited backup window.

Regulated workloads

Scope regulated use before sending data.

A public architecture description is not a certification, business associate agreement, or representation that every service configuration is suitable for HIPAA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, or another regulated workflow. Contact us before sending protected health information or using the platform for a regulated process so we can confirm the applicable configuration and contractual terms.

Discuss your requirements

Report a security issue

Email a concise description, the affected URL or service, and steps to reproduce. Please do not include credentials, protected health information, or other sensitive research data in the initial report.
